    Another Perfect Stay

    We seemed like royalty. The view of the Matterhorn from our suite was amazing, and the staff's attentive service was awesome. The restaurant served the best Caesar salad I've ever had, and I can't get enough of their delectable wine! We can't wait to visit again.

    As soon as we arrived, we were given a warm welcome. Thank you very much Mr. Eckert, the manager. The facilities are fabulous, such as the jacuzzi with a view of the Matterhorn, the terrace with a view of the village of Zermatt. Breakfast is delicious. Probably we'll go back there.

    Couple's Perfect Winter Retreat

    We visited in November this year and the suite we stayed in had an amazing view of the Matterhorn possibly one of the best photos we have taken of it. The food at the restaurant was amazing, in particular, the Schnitzel and the Raclette.

    It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable.

    The rooms were high quality and contemporary, had smoke detectors for safety. It boasted spectacular views of the mountain. Location: the hotel was very close to a mountain which has fabulous views of the Town of Zermatt and the iconic, Matterhorn mountain, and seeing the Matterhorn again soon. The personalized service and shuttle to the ski lifts far exceeded our expectations.

    Hotel location was the best. View of the matterhorn from the outdoor spa was spectacular. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Would not have found our way by car had it not been for the great directions provided by the hotel staff. Hotel room was very comfortable, roomy, clean with a great view of Zermatt.

    The fine views of the Matterhorn were magical, especially from our room. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and spa with a perfect retreat after our family hiking adventures. The staff were great.

    My kids wished there were more activities for younger ones.

    The size of the bathroom and particularly the shower cubicle is far too small for an establishment of this standing.

    Superbly located hotel (centred, overlooks Zermatt without disadvantages because it has an elevator dug into the rock, overlooking the Matterhorn). Very helpful management and staff. Combines modernity and traditions, which makes it warm. Evening meal in the restaurant, varied-quantity-quality very good. Hotel to recommend.
